Jillian Faldmo
About me:
Hi, I’m Jillian Faldmo, a Biofield Tuning practitioner and coach living here in Sisters, Oregon. I’ve been doing this work for over a decade and have had the joy of helping hundreds of people feel more balanced, clear, and at ease in their bodies and lives. I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves on a deeper level—why they think, feel, and react the way they do—and supporting them in creating new patterns that feel aligned and empowering. My background as a nurse gives me a strong understanding of the body, and my coaching helps clients integrate real, lasting change in their everyday lives. I'm a podcaster, too. I host the Grow a Thriving Practice podcast for practitioners who want to grow their practices from a place of alignment, rather than hustle. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me outside—hiking or just soaking up the Central Oregon sunshine with my family.
What services do you offer?
I offer Biofield Tuning sessions and coaching for people who are ready to release old patterns and reconnect with their natural flow.
Our bodies are wise—they hold on to the thoughts, emotions, and experiences we haven’t fully processed. Over time, this can show up as tension, fatigue, anxiety, or feeling stuck. The sound and vibration of the tuning forks help the body recognize and let go of what it’s been carrying, creating space for more ease, clarity, and vitality.
Many of my clients say they feel lighter, calmer, and more like themselves after a session. Often, they gain new insight into the patterns that have been running the show—and from there, real transformation begins.
Who is a good fit for my services?
You’re in the right place if you’ve been doing all the things to feel better—self-care, mindset work, maybe even therapy—but something still feels off. You can sense that your body is holding on to old stress or emotions that your mind can’t quite talk its way out of.
You might notice tension that doesn’t go away, a heaviness in your chest, or a feeling of being stuck in the same patterns again and again. You’re ready for things to shift—ready to feel more ease, flow, and freedom in both your body and your life.
That’s where this work comes in. Through a combination of Biofield Tuning and coaching, I help you tune into the wisdom your body already holds, release subconscious patterns of tension, and reconnect with your natural state of clarity and vitality. My clients are often people who care deeply about others, want to live in alignment with their values, and are on a path of personal growth. They’re ready to feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded—so they can show up fully in their work, relationships, and life.
There’s no better time than now to reconnect with your energy and well-being. The world needs you in your most authentic, vibrant, and present self. You don’t have to wait until things fall apart to start feeling better—your body already knows the way. When you listen, everything else in your life begins to realign.
Who is NOT a good fit for my services?
My work isn’t a replacement for medical or mental health treatment, and I don’t accept insurance. It’s for people who are ready to explore a more holistic, body-centered approach to healing and growth.
What to expect when working with me:
Working with me is a mix of calm, curiosity, and collaboration. Each session is guided by what your body and energy are communicating that day. I’ll use tuning forks to help release tension and held patterns while gently coaching you to notice what’s happening in your body and mind. Together, we bring awareness to what’s been running beneath the surface so you can move forward with more clarity and ease. You can expect a safe, supportive space where nothing about you needs fixing—only understanding. Sessions are quiet and relaxing, often accompanied by deep sighs, insights, or even a sense of lightness as old patterns begin to unwind. I’m not here to tell you who to be or what to believe. My approach avoids heavy jargon and “quick-fix” promises. Instead, I guide you toward a deeper connection with yourself—so you can feel grounded, centered, and confident in your own healing process.
