Jojo (Jonie) Peck
RYT
Yoga is timeless to me. As i've grown and changed, yoga has stayed steady, keeping me grounded, peaceful and open. Whether i'm teaching or practicing, yoga brings me home. My yoga journey began in 2005 after a debilitating jaw-stress injury left me unable to move my body aerobically. My first yoga class gave me a sense of freedom, movement with breath and deep inner steadiness that I felt I had to share.
I completed my teacher training in Portland and for 20 years have been immersed in practicing, teaching and continually discovering. In 2021, my husband, Garrett and I moved to Sisters, bringing my love of yoga, community and the outdoors with me. When I teach, I focus on helping students meet themselves exactly where they are and to be curious about how the ego shows up on the mat, tuning inward and leaving the ego outside the door. My classes are lighthearted, grounding, and free of judgment.
My sequencing offers a steady, mindful challenge, never harsh or inaccessible, but encouraging growth, flow and emotional connection, helping create a rhythm in the studio that deepens the experience.

Matt Faldmo
I love Central Oregon. Getting to live and work in Sisters and Bend has been such a gift. We have a close-knit community, incredible people, and endless access to the outdoors—what more could you ask for? Music has always been part of my life. I began playing drums in high school, gigged around Southern California in my early adulthood, and eventually discovered how powerful sound can be when used therapeutically and paired with manual therapy. I love using Sound & Rolfing® Structural Integration to support relaxation, awareness, and deeper connection in the body.
