About me:

Julia grew up in Rio de Janeiro in a lively home of four siblings and a mom she adored. She came to the U.S. as a young adult, continued her studies in Santa Fe, and kept one foot in Brazil with regular trips home. Along the way she explored the healing arts and even trained as a chef, inspired by years of cooking with her mother. Today, she and her husband call Sisters OR home—drawn by the small-town warmth and the mountains she loves.

These therapies together, often helpful for: Nervous System Regulation, Spine and Joint Pain, Post-Surgical Recovery, TMJ Dysfunction, and more.

What services do you offer?

Craniosacral Therapy:
A light-touch method that helps release restrictions in the nervous system and surrounding tissues. It can ease headaches, TMJ dysfunction, back and neck pain, stress, and more — while promoting deep relaxation and balance.

Ortho-Bionomy:
A gentle, osteopathically-based approach that works with the body’s natural reflexes and preferred movement patterns. It is often used to relieve musculoskeletal pain, postural issues, injuries, and chronic tension, supporting the body’s ability to self-correct.

Equiscope:
The Equiscope is a Class II FDA-registered medical device that delivers gentle microcurrents to support cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and restore optimal function. Sessions are non-invasive, drug-free, and comfortable, with minimal to no side effects. This intelligent technology works with the body’s natural bioelectric field to identify and correct imbalances in the tissues. It is commonly used for joint and soft tissue injuries, chronic pain, neurological conditions, and overall nervous system regulation. By improving circulation and enhancing cellular function, Equiscope can help accelerate healing, reduce pain, and support long-term wellness — offering a safe alternative to surgery and traditional drug therapies

Who is a good fit for my services?

People who: Have tried other modalities but still feel “stuck” in pain, patterns, or nervous system dysregulation. They are sensitive, somatically aware, and open to holistic healing. Are seeking deep, sustainable change — not just symptom relief. Are healing from physical injuries, chronic conditions, trauma, or burnout. Mostly, I seem to work with women.

My approach is especially supportive for people seeking alternatives to medication or invasive procedures. It’s for those who want to manage pain, recover more fully, and feel at home in their bodies. Many of my clients are proactive about their health and value gentle, non-forceful methods that still reach deep—helping reset the nervous system, reduce stress, and support lasting healing.

Who is NOT a good fit for my services?

I don't accept insurance but offer super bills, and I'm not a good fit for folks who are not open to alternative medicine and a more holistic health approach.
