About me:

My work is rooted in relationship—with our bodies, with plants, with place, and with the stories that shape who we are becoming.

For more than a decade, I worked as a registered nurse in emergency medicine, critical care, pediatrics, and hospital leadership. Those years taught me to listen deeply, recognize patterns, and care for people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Alongside my clinical work, I found myself continually drawn toward herbalism and astrology, curious about the ways traditional wisdom and modern medicine might deepen one another.

In 2022, I survived an accident that left me in a wheelchair and with an invitation to learn to walk again, in all of the ways. My recovery reminded me that while protocols are invaluable, no two people move through healing in exactly the same way. More than anything, I came to understand that being in a body—with all of its beauty and all of its challenges—is not something to overcome, but a relationship to tend.

Today, my work brings together herbalism, astrology, and botanical medicine as complementary ways of listening. My hope is to create a space where curiosity feels safe, questions are welcomed, and people can deepen their relationship with their bodies, the living world, and their own innate wisdom.

Home is Camp Sherman, where many of the botanical medicines I offer are crafted. Living here has been an ongoing exploration of unwinding my nervous system and all that this process reveals. Most days you'll find me immersed in the Metolius River, walking in the forest, learning the plants of this land, or remembering how to play alongside my children and partner, who continue to be some of my greatest teachers. These daily practices continue to shape the way I listen—to my body, to the natural world, and to those I have the privilege of sitting beside.

I see consultations as conversations.

Whether we're working through the lens of herbalism or astrology, our time together begins with curiosity. Together we'll explore the patterns, questions, and experiences that have brought you here, making space for both the tangible and the intuitive.

Sometimes we begin with something very practical—sleep, digestion, hormones, nervous system regulation, skin health, or physical discomfort. Often, those concerns become a doorway into a larger conversation about the stories our bodies are asking us to notice.

Through the Lens of Herbalism

Herbalism offers an opportunity to better understand your relationship with your body through the lens of plants. Recommendations are collaborative, educational, and responsive to the season of life you're in.

I offer a small collection of thoughtfully crafted tincture blends, as well as custom botanical formulations that may include tinctures, herbal infusions, or hydrosols. Each formulation is created with the understanding that being in a body is a dynamic experience. As our lives, environments, and relationships change, so too can the ways we choose to support ourselves.

Through the Lens of Astrology

Astrology offers another language for listening.

I see the natal chart as a roadmap of our elemental nature, offering insight into constitutional tendencies, recurring patterns, and the seasons of life we move through. Historically woven into healing traditions, astrology offers another way of illuminating patterns that may otherwise remain hidden, inviting greater curiosity about our lived experience.

Harvesting and foraging, always.

Who Is a Good Fit

If you're longing to better understand your body, the patterns in your life, or the season you're moving through, you are welcome here.

It takes courage to become curious, especially when we're living with uncertainty, discomfort, or experiences that don't fit neatly inside familiar boxes. You don't need to know anything about herbs or astrology to begin. There are no right or wrong questions, and no special language to learn. We simply begin with what is true for you.

My hope is to offer a space where you can slow down, listen deeply, and remember the wisdom that already lives within your body. Together, we'll explore what it might feel like to trust your own experience a little more, honoring your body's desires, resistance, and quiet knowing with the same curiosity we bring to its symptoms.

Whether you're seeking support for sleep, digestion, hormones, nervous system regulation, skin health, physical discomfort, or simply find yourself standing at a threshold in life, we'll begin exactly where you are.

Together, we'll tend the fire for a little while—supported by the wisdom of plants, the rhythms of nature, and the understanding that we were never meant to navigate the fullness of life alone.

When this May Not be the Right fit:

If what you're hoping for is a quick fix, definitive answers, or someone else to determine the path forward, this may not be the right approach. My work is collaborative, educational, and rooted in relationship. Together, we'll explore your experience with curiosity and discernment, honoring both your lived experience and the many ways we come to know ourselves.

My hope is not that you leave with my answers, but with greater trust in your own. Rather than replacing your intuition or your healthcare team, my hope is to help you strengthen your relationship with both.

Although my background as a registered nurse deeply informs the way I listen and think, I do not practice under my nursing license.

At this time, I do not accept insurance.
