Julia de Castro
DPT
My passion is to listen deeply to the body and her innate wisdom. My work is rooted in clinical training, somatic (body) understanding, and intuitive listening. The hands-on work I offer is based on how your body naturally resets itself — through gentle positioning and working with built-in reflexes. This helps unwind tension, stuck patterns, and pain that often come from old injuries, stress, or habits.
Then, I add microcurrent therapy with Equiscope. It’s a smart, non-invasive way to help your cells do what they’re meant to do: make energy, calm inflammation, and speed up repair. Together, this combination supports lasting healing. Not just pain relief — but movement that feels free, natural, and yours again.
